Sugar free Oatmeal Cookies

The biscuits in this recipe are good snacks for all ages. If the dough composition feels toodry, add the mashed banana 1 tablespoon at a time until the composition needsto be shaped. In this guide, dried and chopped cranberries and raisinshave been used by chance, but you can choose the ones that suit you.

  • 1 banana
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 3 dl oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1/2 dl coconut flakes
  • 1/2 dl of coincidences
  • 1 tbsp vanilla aroma


Turn the banana over with a fork and stir in the melted margarine. Mix the dry ingredients together. Combine mashed banana and margarine with dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Use damp hands to shape the balls into balls and flatten them. Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Gluten-free version:  Use gluten-free oatmeal and, for example, potato flour or gluten-free flour mixture instead of wheat flour.
